BEER WORTH SHARING
Two Heads Brewing began life in the Crago Mill in Bathurst, NSW, but in 2019 changes are afoot...
Established in April 2016 by brothers Campbell and Greg Hedley, alongside Head Brewer Ian Carman, we're extremely proud to be producing a range of high quality, tasty beers. We are also constantly experimenting and innovating, taking advantage of some of the unique seasonal ingredients on offer - which means you never know what might be on tap the next time you visit.
The Brewery is on the move, so stay tuned for more announcements soon about our new home!
Our beers are available from an expanding range of restaurants, pubs, bars and bottle shops. Check them out here.
Our beers are handcrafted using the finest local and imported ingredients.

"Do. Or do not. There is no try."
Yoda, The Empire Strikes Back
A Yoda quote might seem a strange inspiration for a brewery, but as always the big eared little guy speaks much truth. Two Heads started out as little more than a half-baked idea being tossed around over a couple of cold ones between beer loving brothers Cam & Greg Hedley. As the old saying goes, talk is cheap. We decided we needed to do something about it or move on.
Never ones to shy away from a challenge, we chose the first option. Several hundred hours of hard work (mostly Greg's), a few sleepless nights, and the occasional robust brotherly discussion later, we opened the doors to Two Heads on 30 April 2016.
Finally, "What's with the Monkey and the Walrus" we hear you ask? Good question - we've drawn inspiration from our childhood nicknames and made 'em cool - Greg climbed before he walked, terrorising our mother in the process, and was dubbed "monkey" by our Aunt very early on in life. Campbell picked up the unfortunate nickname "Walrus" in high school, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, so the walrus now proudly adorns the Two Heads logo.
We'd love to tell you more about our beers and our story, so feel free to drop us a line!
